As the Chief Executive Officer of the college, he is responsible for the general operation of the Institution. He plans, organizes, directs and controls over-all school activities towards the realization of the school’s vision and mission.

MIGUEL M. ZAYCO

Executive Vice President

To assist the President in carrying out the educational plans and policies of the school and in the supervision of the different academic activities of the College.

Shall be directly responsible to the President and shall perform such specific duties as from time to time may be prescribed or assigned by the President, the Board or by any standing or special committee of the Board.

Shall have the primary responsibility of assisting the President in maximizing the Southland College operating performance and in achieving its goals.

RHODA J. AMOR, PhD.

Vice President for Academics and Student Life

As the Chief Executive Officer of the college under the general supervision of the President, plans, organizes, directs and controls the academic and student affair of the institution.

SPECIFIC DUTIES/REPONSIBILITIES POLICY & PLANNING
  1. Acts as the chief operating officer for academics;
  2. Formulates and implements the over-all academic plans of the institution.

ELWIN L. TAQUISO, LPT, MAED

Vice President for Administration

As the Chief Executive Officer of the college under the general supervision of the President, plans, organizes, directs and controls the academic and student affair of the institution.

SPECIFIC DUTIES/REPONSIBILITIES POLICY & PLANNING
  1. Acts as the chief operating officer for administration;
  2. Coordinates with the Vice President for the Academics and Student Life on matters related to physical, personal and other support services.
  3. Coordinates with the Vice President for Financial and Advancement Affairs
  4. Reviews, consolidates and endorses the annual budget proposals of administrative heads and other officers and supervises the implementation of such budget;
  5. Establishes standards and evaluates the performance of all officers under his/her supervision;

ADRIAN O. RIVAL, CPA

Assistant Vice President for Administration, School

Role: Accountant

Appointment: By the President upon the recommendation of the Vice President for Financial and Advancement Affairs.

General Functions: The Accountant, plans, organizes, coordinates and controls accounting operations of the College under the supervision of the VP-FAA.

SPECIFIC DUTIES/REPONSIBILITIES POLICY & PLANNING
  1. Prepares the financial report;
  2. Reviews and monitors long –and short-term loans of the college;
  3. Maintains the general ledger and other books of accounts and sees to it that these records are updated regularly;
  4. Reviews and evaluates the profitability of the department operating as support services;
  5. Supervises the financial affairs of the office regarding day-to-day transactions;
  6. Performs other functions as may be delegated to him or requested by the Vice President for Financial and Advancement Affairs.
